Criminal law
I defend suspects, defendants and convicted persons, and represent victims of crime, at every stage of proceedings, from investigation to trial, appeals and enforcement of sentences.
I focus in particular on the criminal aspects of business activities and healthcare liability, and I handle civil party claims. I also assess each case from a criminological perspective, working with a team of technical consultants, forensic experts and private investigators, especially in defence investigations.
